Q: Why my application is failed?

A: All loan application is based on personal credit points system wherein all the information that you provide on our app will be used by our software to evaluate your credit standing. Most cause of rejection/failure was system detected an error/s (e.g. Personal information, invalid documents and/or contact references were not be able to reach by our representatives) in your application. With this, we are requesting all users to please read the notification indicated on the app.

Q: How much can I loan?

A: Our system will evaluate your application together with your credit history. The approved amount is based on the credit points gathered on your MELOAN account loan application. The loanable amount is 1,000.00 up to 10,000.00, but for first time barrower you will start on the lowest amount defending on your credit history/points. Keeping the app installed on your mobile and paying on or before your due date may help to increase your credit or loanable amount as well as your loan duration.

Q: How to disburse my loan?

A: Once approved for a loan, you will be notified through the app for the complete details of your disbursement. Students may choose disbursement methods either Online Bank Transfer, Palawan Express Padala, or Onsite Disbursement. For Employees, Bank Account is required to disburse your cash loan.

Q: How to repay my loan?

A: To repay your existing loan, click the REPAY button on the app and choose payment method. Payment methods available are Online Bank Transfer or Cash Deposit. You may go to the nearest BDO or BPI branch to deposit your repayment (check out the Account details seen on the App). Do not forget to include or write the Repayment Code on the deposit slip to confirm your repayment. Upload the cash deposit slip or screenshot as proof or repayment.
